Type of venue - Japanese Ramen Venue Access - Great; venue is located in a large strip lot with a large parking lot as well as a covered parking structure on-site; directly adjacent to a major street. Time of day good for - Lunch/dinner Wait time - Party of 1 on a weekend day around 11:45am seated immediately. Food took about 25 minutes to arrive after ordering. Service - Great; staff is attentive and fast, and explains if there is an issue with your order. What was ordered - Tonkotsu shoyu ramen Does it taste good - Yes Any grievance - No Price/Performance - Good; ramen tastes good but is unremarkable compared to other ramen shops in the area. Decent portion size. Did I get a stomachache after eating here? No Would revisit? Yes but not anytime soon Additional Notes - Explanation as to why my order took a while to arrive is because when they just open for business they need time to prep the broth machine (?) but it's fine. Ordering is either via the server or the pad on the table. Restaurant decor is modern and the noise level is quiet.

Thank you for such a memorable experience, Haru Ramen! My mom, sister, and I enjoyed the Garlic Tonkotsu, Spicy Tonkotsu, and Miso ramen bowls. We also shared edamame and the waffle cream desserts. The dining experience itself was really exceptional compared to most ramen places I've dined in, with a really warm ambiance, great lighting, and well-spaced tables. The entrance was also really beautiful (I wish I took some pictures!). Monica was our server; even though we had a QR code specific to our table for ordering, she took time to make recommendations, give us more information about the food, and check in regularly, despite being the only server working multiple other tables! I'm usually pretty selective about what ramen places I frequent but I don't mind making the hour drive to enjoy this place again soon sometime with my friends!

We ordered pickup on a rainy day. Both my husband and I got the Tonkotsu ramen and shared the gyoza appetizer. The gyoza was just okay, tasted good but nothing special. The ramen was decent as well. We've tried so many ramen places and although it tasted pretty good, it didn't stand out too much to us and I also wish the noodles were more al dente. Their to go containers are great and separate the noodles and fixings from the broth. I wouldn't mind eating ramen from here again since it's somewhat close to us.
